What does core training look like at Strength Club?

We use a variety of exercises (planks, bird dogs, dead bugs, Russian twists, stability ball work) with proper form, instruction, and progressive overload to build strength safely. Your program is personalized and adjusted regularly based on your progress.

Do you train teams or just individuals?

Yes, we offer competitive team training for small groups preparing for events like Powerlifting meets, Hyrox, or Running programs. Whether you’re training solo or with your crew, we’ll tailor your programming to help you level up together.
