How It Started

Strength Club was born from one simple belief: everyone deserves access to physical, mental, and communal strength. Founded by a team of certified coaches and lifelong athletes, Strength Club opened its doors with a mission to redefine what it means to train.

From Big Gyms to a Better Experience

We left behind the busy, overcrowded gym scene to create something different—an elite, private space focused on personal growth, expert coaching, and authentic connection. Our goal from day one has been to provide high-level coaching in a space where people feel seen, challenged, and inspired.

Susy Peredo

Certified Fitness Trainer

Susy Peredo is a dedicated fitness professional with a degree in Exercise Science from Portland State University. With over five years of experience in the industry, she has successfully applied her expertise to help clients achieve their health and fitness goals.

Passionate about her role as a coach, Susy thrives on the transformative impact of fitness, believing that everyone deserves to feel their best, regardless of size or age. Her experience spans a diverse range of clients, allowing her to tailor her approach to meet the unique needs and abilities of each individual. 

Susy’s training philosophy emphasizes sustainability and effectiveness. She is committed to providing programs that not only deliver results but also foster a positive relationship with fitness. When it comes to serious goals, Susy means business—her clients can count on her unwavering support and motivation.

As Michael Jordan once said, “I can accept failure, everyone fails at something. But I can’t accept not trying.” Susy embodies this spirit, encouraging her clients to push beyond their limits and strive for greatness.

With a solid educational foundation from Arizona State University, Coach Rich brings a wealth of 25 years of knowledge and experience in powerlifting and sports performance. His passion lies in empowering individuals to achieve their fitness goals and unlock their true potential. 

Richard’s extensive background in athletics allows him to coach serious competitors, guiding them through their training journey with expertise and dedication. He engages with his clients daily, fostering a supportive and motivating environment that inspires growth and excellence. 

What sets Richard apart is his commitment to building strong, lasting relationships with his clients. He believes that trust and communication are key to success in any fitness endeavor. Whether you’re looking to compete or simply improve your overall performance, Richard is here to help you push your limits and achieve remarkable results.

Nadia Guadarrama

Nadia Guadarrama

Performance Coach

Nadia pursued her passion for fitness at PCC, where she earned an AAS in Exercise Science and became a certified Personal Trainer. Nadia specializes in strength, conditioning, sports performance, functional training, hypertrophy, and pre-hab. As a powerlifter and a former collegiate athlete, she had made significant strides in her athletic career, competing in WABDL Powerlifting in 2023 and breaking two world records. Nike Performance Coach She thrives on staying active and enjoys bringing people together through fitness. Nadia believes that making sport a daily habit is essential, viewing fitness as a celebration of what the body can achieve. She is committed to inspiring others to embrace this perspective every day.

Through her work, Nadia aspires to help individuals recognize and celebrate their own potential through health and wellness. Additionally, she aims to support young athletes in enhancing their sports performance, wishing she had that guidance while growing up to reach the next level. Nadia embraces the beauty of pursuing it all. One of her favorite quotes from a professor resonates deeply with her: “Never allow your conditions or situations affect the way you perform as an athlete and as a human being. It’s a great day to be great; why not you?”
